yaa, I know how the stress would be. because my mood of the day will be spoiled. I can't even sleep even though I am tired. my whole body used to pain and even get pimples in my face that looks really yuck.

well, some people will never be stressed out at any time which just make me surprised. so, today I want to share 11 habits of people who never get stressed. it can be really useful and try out.



1. HAVE A PRIORITIZED ROUTINE

have an organized routine. well, my friend, who never gets stressed told me that she sleeps at 9.pm. then she wakes at 6.00 and does exercise. her routines are very much perfect which are making a stress-free person.

2. AVOID DRAMA

when we drive through roads, we avoid the potholes on our way, same way avoid the drama in your life. gossiping is at times are irritating, but it is not good for the speakers. it again returns back to them just like *karma*. a stress-free person never gossips and also avoid gossips.

3. LISTEN TO MUSIC

I don't know if anyone would like music. but one of the stress buster is listening to your favorite music. music brings out the smile on your face making things feel easy.

4. HAVE HELP

putting all your work on your back is a bit frustrating. so get someone to help you. maybe you need to do your project but you also need to help with the housework is a bit difficult, and you may lack in doing your work on time. so get help from your mother for a day and complete your project then help with the housework.

5.SPEND TIME WITH NATURE

We are always surrounded by technology, gadgets everywhere we go. but we are made by nature and for nature. ok now, touch your heart say, how do you feel while you are on a beach, park, or anywhere surrounded by nature? you feel calm and pleasant right? Studies have also say that spending time in nature is beneficial for our mental and cardiovascular health. so try spending at least half an hour with nature every day and go for some hiking and picnic with your friends and family with nature. 

6. PLAY WITH ANIMALS

Health experts say that dog owners have less blood pressure and heart rates. it also helps reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels which are caused by stress. of course pets so adorable and playful. They always need the owner near them. petting the pets can help you a lot.

7. DO YOGA

studies say that yoga can be both beneficial physically and also mentally. yoga can make you feel really calm and fresh even when you do it for just 10 mins. so try doing yoga every morning for at least half an hour.

8.DO GOOD TO SOMEONE

while we help someone we get happiness which no one can give to us. helping someone unknown or known person doesn't matter but helping them give happiness and burst out your stress in your mind. by helping it is not just them who is going to be benefited but it is also you who is going to get benefited.

9. TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMOTIONAL HEALTH

your emotions are very powerful. it is the same emotion that helps you in every place and it is the same which breaks you down many times. you need to be strong enough to control it and take care of the emotions.

10. FILL YOUR OWN BUCKET

you need to try being independent. depending upon anyone is really not a good thing. getting help is different and using or taking advantage of someone is different. never let anyone take advantage of you and never take advantage of someone. 

11. SMILE, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE

Life moves more smoothly with a good attitude. You feel good, you have more friends; life generally favors those who appreciate it. 

start the day with a smile, ignore the sadness, be happy and take things positively. a simple way to avoid stress is to think positively. change your mind and everything will be good.
